3. Exceptions and Cancellations

• If you wish to cancel a service agreement before any work, research, or asset creation has started, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund minus any non-recoverable processing fees.

• Once project execution or strategy deployment has begun, cancellations will not qualify for a refund.
